Will local ordinances be observed?
A: Olde World
Builders observes all local ordinances.
Q: Who is
responsible for obtaining permits?
A: We
will obtain all necessary permits.
Q: Who handles
the posting of zoning notices and schedules inspections?
A: We
post the zoning provisions and arrange for inspections when they
are required.
Q: How
do I pick my products? Are they identified by brand and
manufacturer name?
A: We
provide a complete list of all the products you select, along
with printed information and color brochures for products. Check
out some of our
manufacturer links
on our website detailing some of the products we use.
Q:
Will
you have a warranty for the product as well as the workmanship?
A: Our
contract specify the product warranties and Olde World Builders
warranty for workmanship. These are separate documents that
accompany the contract.
Q: Do
your contracts fully state what you are buying, for example the
manufacturers description, name, color, type and other details?
A: Our
contracts specify all of the details of the product you are
buying along with a description of the work that is to be done.
Q: In regards
to scheduling, are the start and stop dates included in the
contract? Also, does weather affect the scheduling as outlined
in the contract?
A: Weather is
unpredictable and can sometimes affect scheduling. We will work
with our customers to stay on schedule as outlined in our
contracts.
Q: Does Olde
World Builders confirm that the agreement states that all
workmanship will conform to the requirements of the
manufacturer's warranty?
A: Our
contract confirms that we will meet all of the manufacturer's
installation terms so that the manufacturer's warranty remains
in full force and effect.
Q: Is your
workmanship warranty clearly noted in the contract?
A: Our
contract provides for a full 10-Year warranty covering the
quality of our workmanship.
Q: Does the
contract call for a daily cleanup of the premises?
A: Our
contract specifies for daily cleanup.
Q: In regards
to payments, does the contract provide a schedule, terms and
methods of payment?
A: The terms
of payment in our contract are written out fully with no room
for misunderstandings.
